How can I switch from miles to kms?
The measure is switched according to the country you registered your vehicle within. It is reflected on the web, in your mobile apps, in your emails, and in your information feeds.

What is my user ID?
Your user ID is your email address. It is unique to your You+Nissan account. It is valid for as long as you have your You+Nissan account.
What if I forget my user ID?
Your user ID is your email address. If you regularly use different email addresses, please look for the original You+Nissan confirmation email in your mailboxes.

How do I check network coverage in the vehicle?
Your vehicle uses mobile networks to access Nissan Connected Services. If you are having trouble validating your ownership, you may be in an area that does not have a strong data signal. You can try to take your vehicle to an area with stronger signal and repeat the ownership check process.
To check the network coverage in your vehicle, please follow the steps below:
- Press START/STOP button to start the engine
- On the screen of the navigation system, identify the network icon
- If the icon has 1 or multiple bars, it means that you have enough network coverage
- If the icon does not show bars, it means that you do not have network coverage. In that case, please drive your vehicle to another open-air area
How do I complete the ownership check?
In order to ensure that your Connected Services are used by you and nobody else, NissanConnect EV has its own vehicle ownership check process.
Once you click the ‘Start ownership check’ button you will have 60 minutes to complete all the required steps listed here.
- Go to your vehicle.
- Press START/STOP button to start the engine.
- Wait for 1 minute.
- Press START/STOP button to stop the engine.

Why would the system log me out automatically even if I didn’t log out myself?
There is a possibility that log-in has been done via a different terminal or web screen with the same ID. If the same ID is used for log-in via different screens or devices, then automatic log-out processing is actioned from the previous screen.
Can I sign in on multiple screens or devices with the same ID?
We're sorry but you can't. If the same ID is used for log-in via different screens or devices, automatic log-out processing is completed from the previous screen.

I can't start Remote Charge.
If a charge cable is not connected properly, Remote Charge won't work. It also doesn't work when the power switch of the vehicle is on or if you're in an out-of-service area.
Can I stop Remote Charge from desktop or mobile?
We're sorry but you can't stop Remote Charge from desktop or mobile. If you'd like to stop it, please remove the cable.
When does Remote Charge stop?
It stops automatically when the battery is fully charged. It also stops when the cable is removed or when the power switch of your vehicle is on.
Can I start Rapid Charging from desktop or mobile?

Why can't I start Remote Climate Control?
If a charge cable is not connected properly or its battery gets low, Remote Climate Control won't work. It also doesn't work when the power switch is on or if you're in an out-of-service area.
When does Remote Climate Control stop?
It stops after a maximum of 2 hours with a charge cable. It stops using battery power after a maximum of 15 minutes without a charge cable. It also stops when the cable is removed or the power switch of the vehicle is on.
Can I set the temperature with Remote Climate Control?
We're sorry but you can't. Remote Climate Control sets the temperature that you pre-define within the vehicle itself.
Can I start Remote Charge while Remote Climate Control is working?

How can I set the temperature of my Remote Climate Control?
You can adjust the temperature of the climate control function on-board: Push Zero Emission Button > Settings > Timer/Remote – Set Climate Temp
Can I set a timer while the climate control is already activated?
Even if the climate control is turned ON, a timer can be configured to activate it again later. This won’t stop the current climate operation.
Can I set multiple timers?
Only one timer can be set at a time. If you create a new timer when an existing timer is set, the new timer cancels the previous one and replaces it.

When the data of September is uploaded to the data center, you can see the ranking of September from the next access. Since the ranking is tallied once a day, please access again after the day when the data is uploaded.

Why don't I receive a World Ranking even though I joined up?
If driving data is not updated more than 7 days, it will not be tallied for daily ranking. It takes a couple of days to reflect the driving data uploaded.
